A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the assault against the victim D is committed.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the lack of the ability or decision-making ability to discern things due to mental illness, such as mental physical disorder, etc., and excessive exploitation, and committed the following crimes:

2. 3.
