The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 20:05, the Defendant expressed a bath to the victim C (28 years of age, female) of a person who was engaged in meals at one’s own house of the building B No. 102 in the Nam-gun, Namcheon-gun, Namcheon-gun, Seoul, and assaulted the victim.

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

Since the victim withdraws his wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case, the victim is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
