A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From around 02:00 to 11:00 on March 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used 52 cards, together with Do, D, E, and F, in the head of Jung-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, by dividing the cards into 7 each; (b) opened a card according to the pattern and number; and (c) opened the card first, by a person who first issued all the cards, issued the card in line with the pattern and number; and (d) opened a gambling called “hule” as “hule” in which Do money is collected; and (c) received three copies of the card per head card after collecting Do money, and opened one of them on the floor; and (d) added the Do money each time additional receipt of the card; and (d) ambling that “hule card” as designated by the passenger according to the combination of numbers and infinite pattern.
