Punishment of the crime

From around 20:50 on May 10, 2019 to 21:35 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) at the second floor of the C Parking Lot located in Busan Jung-gu to the effect that the victim D, a parking lot manager, would interfere with the management work of the victim’s parking lot by obstructing the victim’s access to other vehicles by force for about 45 minutes by leaving the engine and leaving the vehicle as it is, on the ground that D, who is the parking lot manager, said D would drive the vehicle and drive the entrance to the entrance.
