Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as a leader of the same department from January 2008 to July 2015 at the Korea Rural Community Corporation C, while serving as a leader of the same department.

The defendant had attempted to acquire the amount equivalent to personnel expenses from the victim Korean Rural Corporation by falsely registering the reporters as figures at the construction site of the Korea Rural Community Corporation and by unafusing the number of working days at the construction site of the Corporation.
