Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 70,000 won from the victim, namely, from the said PC bank business owner to the account of national bank (K) in the name of J, and exempted the payment of KRW 10,000 won for the PC bank use fee to be paid to J, and received 60,000 won in cash.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

around April 17, 2012, the Defendant stated that he would sell game items to the victim N around 2012 through the online “brid Work Work” game site in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.

However, since the defendant did not have any specific income, even if he received the item price from the victim, he was prepared to use it for the cost of living, and there was no intention or ability to sell the item to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained 60,000 won from the victim to the national bank account (P) in the name of the O from the victim.
