Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 340]

1. On December 20, 2014, the Defendants: (a) from the “EPC bank” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 18:50 on December 20, 2014; (b) from the “EPC bank” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) Defendant B, stating that the toilet change has occurred to employees F, entices employees to toilets; and (d) Defendant A, at the credit cooperative located in the carter by making use of the gap in the employees’ jobs, took out KRW 110,000,000 in cash owned by the victim.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On December 25, 2014, the special larceny Defendants: (a) around 10:05, at the “IPC bank” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 25, 2014; (b) the employees J used the cresh in order to arrange a warehouse; (c) Defendant B reported the network; and (d) Defendant A moved KRW 150,000 in cash owned by the Defendant K, the victim of the business at the credit cooperative located in the Kabter.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

3. On January 18, 2015, the Defendants: (a) informed on January 18, 2015, at the “MPC” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L around 01:25, Defendant A enticed his employees to toilets on the fact that the toilet change has occurred to his employees N; and (b) Defendant B took out KRW 370,000,000,000,000,000, as the victim, at the credit cooperative located in the cater using the gap in his employees.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

4. On January 20, 2015, the Defendants: (a) from the “ QPC bank” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P on January 20, 2015; (b) Defendant B, stating that the toilet change has occurred to employees R; (c) entices employees to toilets; and (d) Defendant A, at the credit cooperative located in the Kabter by using the gap in the number of employees, took out KRW 230,000,000,000, which is the victim, in cash owned by the owner of the business.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
