Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court for one year and one month, and on February 3, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the same court on February 3, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 28, 2017.

1. Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with K.

5. On April 8, 2018, the Defendant conspiredd to purchase philophones with one-person N, and purchased approximately KRW 0.1g of 20,000 on April 8, 2018 at the request of H on April 8, 2018 at P, located in Busan East-guO, Busan-doO, and upon the request of H. In response to the request of H, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.1g of philophones from the French male.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased a penphone in collusion with one name N.

6. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant, on April 9, 2018, put approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Y, Busan Y, and sold it with water.
