Punishment of the crime

(Defendant A and B) Personal credit information shall be provided and used only for the purpose of determining whether to build and maintain commercial transaction relationships, including financial transactions, with the relevant owner of credit information.

1. On March 24, 2008, Defendant A requested Defendant B, an employee of the senior branch office of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Seoul, to investigate and request the personal credit information of Defendant B to use it to resolve the issue of division of inherited property, etc., notwithstanding no commercial transaction relationship with Defendant A, although there was no commercial transaction relationship between Defendant A and E., Defendant B investigated the personal credit information of Party B and provided a resident registration abstract of Party E, and a certified copy of the real estate register registered in the name of Party E to Defendant A.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to provide and use personal credit information for purposes other than determining whether to build and maintain a commercial transaction relationship, such as financial transactions, with the owner of credit information.

2. On September 17, 2008, Defendant A requested Defendant B, an employee of the senior branch office of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Co., Ltd. in Jongno-gu Seoul, to investigate and request the personal credit information of G in order to use the issue of division of inherited property, etc. in order to resolve the issue of division of inherited property, notwithstanding the absence of a commercial transaction relationship with Defendant A. Notwithstanding the absence of a commercial transaction relationship between Defendant A and G, Defendant B investigated the personal credit information of G and provided Defendant A with a resident registration abstract of G, and a certified copy

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to provide and use personal credit information for purposes other than determining whether to build and maintain a commercial transaction relationship, such as financial transactions, with the owner of credit information.
