Reasons
1. The Plaintiffs, around the beginning of July 2010, leased all of the rent of 314.16 square meters on the 316 square meters on the 4th floor among the buildings listed in the attached Table to the Defendant as KRW 1.7 million a month, and thereafter claim the return of the leased object and the claim for the payment of rent (amount equivalent) on the ground that the lease was terminated on the grounds that the lease was terminated on or around October 1, 2014.
2. Judgment made based on the presumption that he/she is absent (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
