A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인은 2020. 3. 26. 12:11경 광양시 B에 있는 ‘C’ 부근 노상에서, 주취자가 소란을 피우고 사람을 때렸다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 광양경찰서 D지구대 소속 경찰관인 E(49세)가 사건경위 파악을 위해 피고인에게 질문을 하자, “야, 씨발놈아. 너는 뭔데.”라고 욕설을 하며, 오른손으로 위 E의 몸을 2회 밀치고, 위 E가 제지하였음에도 불구하고 계속하여 발로 위 E의 다리를 1회 걷어찼다.
