1. 2019. 8. 25. 범행(야간건조물침입절도) 피고인은 2019. 8. 25. 23:10경부터 같은 날 23:16경 사이에 인천 계양구 B에 있는 피해자 C가 관리하는 D에서, 미리 준비한 소형 절단기로 대웅전과 미륵전의 출입문 자물쇠를 각각 절단하고 위 방에 침입하여 그 안에 있던 2개의 불전함 자물쇠를 위 절단기로 절단한 후 현금 60,000원을 가지고 가 절취하였다.

2. On December 11, 2019, the Defendant, from around 14:05 on December 11, 2019 to around 14:27 of the same day, committed a theft by having two boxes of Korean cuate Products worth KRW 290,000 at the market price left by the Plaintiff G, who was the salesperson of Gyeyang-gu, in front of the 14:27 on the same day, from around December 11, 2019.

On December 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded on the night 17:51 on December 11, 2019, which was not corrected by the victim I in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, into the locks of the locked; and (b) removed the miscellaneous intelligence, and stolen the miscellaneous intelligence in cash amounting to KRW 1,00,000,000, which was contained therein.
