A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2011, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor in Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on January 9, 2012.

On December 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:10 on December 8, 2014, 2014, “2015 Highest 226” issued an order to pay cash with a credit cooperative cash card held by the Defendant, even if he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the drinking value, and he/she did not withdraw cash with the credit cooperative cash card held by him/her even though he/she did not have any balance in the deposit account; (b) he/she received the said cash card from the victim, i.e., he/she was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to 200,000 won at the market price; and (c) on the part of the said cash card, the Defendant was provided with the said cash card by “1 million won as he/she has used the said cash card rapidly; and (d) borrowed cash KRW 200,000,000,000,000 as it was used in advance.”
