A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 08:45, the victim E (48 years old) and the company business issues within the rest area of D companies located on the second floor of the building underground of the Hanam-si building C, and (b) the victim, who was in his/her place of business, did so by hand, was at the cost of the above part of the documentary document in the process that the victim tried to deduct him/her from his/her losses; and (b) the Defendant saw the victim’s right upper part of the above part of the documentary, which is a dangerous object, with the victim’s upper part of the chest as his/her hand, and took the part of the victim’s neck, which is a dangerous object in the table, with the victim’s knife and the part necessary for medical treatment for about 14 days between the victim and caused the victim’s injury, such as clothes, the knick part, and the knife.
