A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while engaging in the repair and sale business of Austria, was active as a member of the Malaysia, and C was aware of the Defendant while working as a member of the photographic club, while photographing the Malaysia.

Defendants were punished for a complicated dispute due to the complicated female relationship between the Defendants from June 2009 to June 2009.

1. Around October 201 through November 201 of the same year, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases”), set up a small camping camber in the inner room of the victim E, which is the Defendant’s residence located in Masan-si D, Changwon-si, and taken the relevant head against the victim’s will when having sexual intercourse with the victim and causing sexual humiliation or shame.

Aggravated confinement, violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes) (hereinafter “Ameras, etc.”) and the injured Defendant: (a) on November 12, 2012, when a victim C (the 46-year age), who took care of his/her daughters in a high speed bus terminal located in Jinamamamamambing on the Defendant’s own, was on board the FMW car in the FMW car owned by the Defendant; (b) on the fMW car in the same city located in Jingu-si, Jinsan-si; and (c) when the victim parked the car in the same city with the victim and parked the car at the same time, the victim continued to pursue the car while taking care of his/her other female relations with the Defendant; and (d) when the victim’s face is bucking with his/her hand, the victim’s bucking and so on, caused the victim’s buck to the buck.

The defendant continuously takes photographs of the body of the victim who was off his clothes that the victim was suffering, and may cause sexual humiliation or shame of shame, against his will, and the victim who is in the state of body shall be tried to take photographs of the victim against his will.
