1. Basic facts

A. Nonparty D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Co., Ltd.”) concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the policyholder and the insured company, the non-party company from December 22, 2015 to December 22, 2020, the insurance period of which is KRW 120,000, and the machinery of KRW 45,000,000, total amount of KRW 2,000,000, movable property KRW 70,000,000, total amount of KRW 1,000,000, and KRW 1,000,000,000.

B. Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is written in the corporate register; the head office is the name of the building of this case; the head office is the head office as the H of the building of this case; the purpose of the head office is to provide Jeju and bread wholesale retail and distribution business; the manufacturing industry, etc.; the officers are inside directors C, inside directors I, the representative director C; and the date of incorporation is written as September 10, 2015.

C. Defendant C is also registered as an individual entrepreneur. The name of the business registration certificate is J; the opening date is December 1, 2008; the location of the place of business is H-K of the instant building; the type of business is the manufacturing industry, wholesale and product brokerage business; the type of business is the manufacturing industry; the type of business is the blish, Sfin and Cub.

On August 13, 2016, around 11:45, a fire occurred in the instant building K, and the surrounding area was expanded. On September 12, 2016, the Gyeonggi Northern Provincial Police Agency, the Scientific Investigation Team, which investigated the said fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) at the request of the Goyang Police Agency’s identification, drafted a meeting with the result of the fire site identification as follows:
