Punishment of the crime

On March 2014, the Defendant: (a) was led by the Defendant, among his vehicles located in the Songpa-gu Seoul Coast Guard, to a name-free bicycle that was built without correction between the said building and the housing located adjacent thereto; and (b) was led by one infinite bicycle that is the market price owned by the victim.

6. On March 2014, the Defendant of the bicycle theft is the market price owned by the victim under the name and influence that was not corrected between the above building and the subsequent house in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu.
