1. Larceny;
A. From the end of November 2012, the Defendant, around the end of November, 2012, stolen a signboard of the “E organization” equivalent to KRW 500,000,00 in the market price owned by the Defendant at H, which was established in the said place, in the street of the office of the E organization located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, other than the E organization, and thereby, cut off to the “F organization” after moving to the “I” car page operated by the Defendant at H.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 18 million won from the victim to the post office account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
3. The Defendant’s insult on April 5, 2013, on which multiple people may peruse at around 19:19, is posted on the Portal Port site MV Kafin bulletin board operated by the Defendant.
