Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

No photograph shall take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or similar mechanism, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show the photographed materials to the public.

1. On October 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) connected to the Internet NAV Kafeng “C (AD)” from the PC located in the Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Taean-gun, the Defendant posted and openly displayed the buckbucks and panty photographs among women’s legs that had previously been stored in the USB via the Internet, which had previously been downloaded by the Internet; and (b) posted and displayed the pictures taken below to the public.

2. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected the said carpet to “F (F)” in the cross-deficial PC located in the Thai-gun, Thai-gun, Thai-gun; and (b) up to the title “H”, “H”, “I”, and “J”, the Defendant posted and displayed the buckbucks and panty photographs from among women’s legs that had previously been stored in the USB via the Internet, which were previously stored in the USB.

3. The Defendant, around March 28, 2016, connected the PC located in the Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun to the above NAV (AD) K NA (AD) on the said NAV, and then, as the title “bridge”, posted and openly displayed pictures taken by b body women who had previously been stored in the USB via the Internet, which had previously been displayed by the Defendant on the Internet.

4. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant posted and openly displayed the pictures taken out in the USB, which were previously stored by the Defendant through the Internet, on the PC located in the Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Taean-gun, the Defendant: (a) connected the said NAV to the said NAV on the said NAV; and (b) “M” as the title “M”; and (c) displayed the pictures taken out in the USB.

This is the defendant.
