Details of the disposition

On April 12, 2005, the Plaintiff entered the Army, and was receiving shooting training at the 3rd Sick Education Team of the Iron-gun of Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do. On May 30, 2005, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the National Armed Forces Waterworks Hospital (hereinafter “the instant wound”).
