Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not substantially disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the following facts charged shall be organized and criminal facts shall be recognized:

A person who intends to change the form and quality of land or divert farmland outside an agricultural promotion area within a development-restricted area shall obtain permission from the competent authority. However, the Defendant changed the form and quality of land to a field yard for the sale and repair of tree soft, which is the first farmland, for the purpose of a field yard for the sale and repair of tree so-called 2,356 square meters in Yangju-si, which is the farmland, on March 2010, while changing the form and quality of land without obtaining permission from the competent authority.
