A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

D leased a warehouse in the window E of Changwon City, and installed storage tanks, collecting pumps, etc., purchased petrochemicals and petroleum products such as Toluene, merthol, etc., and sold them as fuel for vehicles by mixing these products at a certain ratio, the Defendant requested the supply of petrochemicals and petroleum products, such as Toluene, which are raw materials of fake petroleum products, to the Defendant.

The Defendant purchased petrochemicals and petroleum products, such as Toluene, Mean, etc., from F, etc. upon D’s request, and delivered petrochemicals and petroleum products purchased from him/her to the above warehouse 10 times in total, with petroleum products of about 75,000 liters per liter market price of KRW 1,330 won per liter (total market price of KRW 75,500 won per liter) and petrochemicals with petrochemicals with approximately 380,00 won per liter (total market price of KRW 39,90,000 per liter), and with petrochemicals with the same market price of KRW 380,500,000 per liter (total market price of KRW 380,000,000 per liter), and with the same petrochemicals with the market price of KRW 1,330,00 per liter (total market price of KRW 39,90,000 per liter).
