Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 5, 2016, around 04:15, the Defendant: (a) driven a D-hurbed car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.140% in the three-meter section of the road in front of the C cafeteria located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si on November 5, 2016.

2. On November 5, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the net support of the Gwangju District Court on June 21, 2010. On June 21, 201, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of KRW 0.140% during blood, as described in paragraph (1), and was under the influence of alcohol at the time indicated in paragraph (1), and was under the influence of alcohol of KRW 0.140% during blood, and was under the influence of KRW 0.140 during the influence of alcohol, and was under the control of KRW F and Ra.
