Punishment of the crime

[Criminal History] Violation of Road Traffic Act (Drinking in 2006): A fine of one million won (Drinking in violation of the Traffic Act (Drinking in drinking): One year (Down in April 6, 2015): the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.140% while he/she was under the influence of alcohol level 0.140% during blood, and on June 19, 2018, the Defendant was driving a Bbmw car at the section of about 300 meters from the front of the mountain village center for the same newspaper to the front of the mountain village for the same city.
