A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on June 15, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of three million won by the same court on June 7, 2010.

On November 13, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle on November 14:35, 2013, driven a B-wing truck at a section of approximately 500 meters from the front day of the Guegnam-gun, the Guegdong-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front road of the air conditioners located in the Guegcheon-gun, Magcheon-gun, Magcheon-gun, the blood alcohol content of which is 0.1
