Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of a wing-franchis freight vehicle B.

On May 20, 2013, at around 14:13, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at a distance of approximately 400 meters in front of the air-conditioning intersection in the same Masan-ri of the same Gun, at a cafeteria, which is under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.168%.
