Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, or publicize similar acts, or mediate or arrange purchase.

Nevertheless, from the end of December 2017 to the end of January 2018, the Defendant promoted the issuance of similar sports promotion betting tickets, such as being transferred to the account (F) of his private sports gambling site (F) in return for the act of advertising a certain percentage of the funds he bought by his member, by obtaining a recommendation from his private sports gambling site D site, which is operated in the B building and the private sports gambling site (E) from the end of December 2017 to the end of January 3, 2018, and by obtaining a recommendation for purchase.
