Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Ansan branch on September 25, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on March 2, 2013.

2. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the victim G in the Dong-gu, Gwangju; (b) had the intent or ability to pay the price even when issuing an order for alcohol and food; (c) had the victim induced the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and had the victim paid the price normally; and (d) had the victim been provided with 12,000 won and 2 disease.
On March 22, 2013, the Defendant ordered food at the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim JJ in Suwon-si, Suwon-si on March 22, 2013.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was issued from the victim, one head of the 10,000 Won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, and one disease of the head of the 10,000.

1. On June 27, 2013, around 07:25, the Defendant ordered food as if he/she had an employee’s intent or ability to pay the price to the victim N, an employee, at the cafeteria located in Ansan-si L.
However, even if the defendant was provided with food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim 13,000 won or more at the market price, and was subject to two soldiers.
