A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 30, 2015.

1. On September 19, 2015, the Defendant ordered food of the same attitude that the victim D would normally pay the amount to the victim at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si.

However, even if the defendant orders food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained a total amount of KRW 33,500, including a 1 disease (3,500) and a 33,500,00 won (30,000) from the victim.

2. On October 1, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) acted together with the victim G in Changwon-si, Masan-si F, which was operated by the victim G in the H frequency run by the victim G in the Changwon-si, and (b) ordered food to be supplied to I as a customer with the same attitude that he would normally pay to the victim as a customer.

However, even if the defendant orders food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained 59,000 won in total, including 4 disease (12,000 won), rhyth (40,000 won), rhyth (40,000 won), 1 person portion (5,000 won for sugar), and 22 air (2,000 won) from the victim.

3. On October 4, 2015, around 11:30 on October 4, 2015, the Defendant ordered food of the same type as the Defendant would pay the victim a normal amount at the Lonly Lonly Lonly operated by the victim K in Yongsan-gu J of Yongsan-si.

However, even if the defendant orders food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained a total amount of KRW 9,000, including one disease (3,000) and one gress (6,000 won) from the victim, thereby deceiving the victim.

4. On October 16, 2015, the Defendant was the victim of M in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, M around 11:00.
