A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

B and C around August 2008, at an officially authorized brokerage office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant prepared a false real estate lease agreement as if the Defendant entered into a lease agreement from August 23, 2008 to August 23, 2010, and set C as a guarantor.

B and C around August 22, 2008, extended loans from the National Housing Fund of KRW 27 million to employees in charge of loan business at the point of Jung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, China-dong, 307-66, by submitting an application for loan, such as a false real estate lease agreement, which was made in a false manner.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, acquired the property from the damaged person.
