Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:10 on November 24, 2019, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, on the ground that the victim D ( South, 29 years old) who was parked behind the vehicle at the entrance of the Gangdong-gu Seoul apartment apartment C, Gangdong-gu Seoul apartment building C, was not able to turn on the way to the rear, while driving the vehicle, and that the Defendant did not turn on the way to the rear.
