For reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants of the charges on the grounds that there was no proof of crime.

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the relevant legal principles and records, although the reasoning of the judgment below is somewhat inappropriate, the judgment below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to the establishment of a crime of violation of the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act, by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules,

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
