Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:20 on July 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an act to prevent the victim, i.e., the victim D while drinking alcohol, and (b) after drinking alcohol, and (c) committed an act to prevent the victim’s face from being exposed to anti-end, etc.; (b) when the victim’s face cannot be identified, the Defendant saw the victim’s side.
