A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the Defendant’s name C Mt Motor Vehicle in a non-fluoral section from the fluoral site to the front day of the Southern Pool located in Baldong-gu, Gwangju City from the fluoral site under the influence of alcohol by 0.133% from May 23, 2015 to 17:25% of the same day.
2. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant of the Punishment of Violence, etc. against Victims D (collectives, deadly weapons, etc.) was driving a Maz car owned by the Defendant on a set-off path located in both sides of the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 16:43, 2015. On the opposite part, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Maz car driven by the victim D while driving the Maz car; (b) cut off the Maz car driven by the victim D from his own street; (c) cut off one flue, which is a dangerous object in his/her own lap; and (d) assaulted the victim by displaying it on the said car.
3. Around 16:50 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received the rear part of the Gpoter vehicle driven by the victim F in front of the early high school in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City at the Seocho-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from the front part of the Gpoter vehicle operated by the victim F; (b) 1 the above Gpoter vehicle with the front part of the said Gpoter vehicle, and 2.70,000 won of the above pool vehicle with the driver’s seat of the poter, damaged the above poter vehicle so that the moter vehicle with the mobbbbbble and the mobbbbro can be displayed in the repair cost.
4. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim H on the street in front of the 16:55 on May 23, 2015; (b) reported the victim H on the road of the I building in Gwangju-si; and (c) assaulted the victim with the boomed brue of the above boomed brue and tried to take the front glass; and (d) tried to get the victim from the brue.
5. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant reported a rocketing sports vehicle driven by the victim J in front of the L in Gwangju city at around 17:10 on May 23, 2015.
