Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on December 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch on December 28, 2012.
around 00:21 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant driven a D-eth-sports car at approximately 500 meters section from the Won-gu, Seocheon-si to the 287-1, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.163%, while under the influence of alcohol level.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On July 18, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant driven a DNA e-sports car without obtaining a driver’s license, with approximately 12 km section from the front Do to the front 209-dong E-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan, the Industrial Technology University of Singu, Singu, and 77 roads.

2. The defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall be subject to subparagraph 1 (b).
