1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The facts of recognition 1) The defendant is a branch church affiliated with B religious organization integration branch church. The plaintiff is a pastor who served as a defendant's standing pastor from December 2, 197 to December 13, 2014. 2) The defendant, from the 172th conference opened on March 15, 2014 to the 35th church and decided to 2,50,000 won per month for living expenses, and to pay welfare expenses. On October 26, 2014, at the joint council opened on December 26, 2014, the plaintiff 2,50,000 won per month for the apartment, welfare expenses, and living expenses (hereinafter "the resolution of this case") with the consent of 167 members among the 202 members, and submitted a written resolution to pay 2,500,000 won per month for the apartment, welfare expenses, and living expenses (hereinafter "the resolution of this case"), and submitted a written petition to the Council for approval of the total members on January 26, 2014.

When a pastor who has worked for not less than 20 years in the same church as a senior pastor intends to submit a amnesty to the National Assembly of Korea, if he/she intends to preserve an honorary relation in the present church, he/she shall convene a joint council and fix living expenses by writing his/her living expenses, and if he/she files a petition with the National Assembly of Korea after having decided by a majority of the National Assembly of Korea, he/she shall give the honorary post of senior pastor
