Defendant

A and B Imprisonment for one year, Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2017, Defendant A provided 100,000 won and KRW 30,000 of the price for sexual traffic on the same day to O who is a child or juvenile born from home (here, 13 years of age) that he/she became aware of the nursing room of Macom in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L around 01:0 on June 28, 2017, and provided O and sexual intercourse to O for the purchase of child or juvenile sex.

2. Defendant B, around July 13, 2017, at a guest room where it is impossible to find out the heading of Mael L in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Defendant B provided approximately KRW 70,000 and KRW 30,000 of the price for sexual traffic to the heading child and juvenile, who became aware of through the mobile phone transpuling culping through the P, and provided the heading child and juvenile with approximately KRW 70,000 and KRW 30,000 of the price for sexual traffic on the same day.

3. No person can protect a missing child, etc. without any justifiable reason without reporting it to the head of the police office.

Nevertheless, on June 13, 2017, the Defendant, at night, had the Defendant enter the above O, a child or juvenile from home, who was known through a mobile dumping dumping process with the Defendant’s residence in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon around 111, and protected the aboveO from that time until June 15, 2017, without reporting it to the head of the police office.
