A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Protection and Support of Missing Children, etc. shall protect the missing children, etc. without filing a report thereon with the head of the police office without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, on September 13, 2017, the Defendant had access to the “C”, which is a smartphone hosting c, and was aware of the fact that he was the missing child while holding the D (W, 14 years of age). On October 3, 2017, the said missing child was trying to have the said missing child under 303 building in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Incheon, the Defendant’s residence, and left the said place. On October 13, 2017, the Defendant’s mother discovered the said missing child at the said residence and was unable to stop the said missing child in the said residence, and the Defendant did not report it to the head of the police office for the period of October 17, 2017, and did not protect the said missing child by leasing subparagraph 305 at his own expense to the head of the building in the Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, and without reporting it to the head of the police office until October 19, 2017.

2. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., brokerage, etc.), went to D with the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Building No. 303, which is one of his/her residence, by around October 3, 2017, via the “C”, which is a host c.

On October 4, 2017, the Defendant continued to collect money together with D and caused D to find out to the above residence by taking out the conditions with other unspecified number of male and female buyers who had contacted D with D only from around October 4, 2017 to around September of the same month, and having them find out their commitments with other unspecified number of male and female buyers who had contacted D with D, and on condition that D receive KRW 150,000,000 for 30 minutes and KRW 300,000,000,000 for 4 hours.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the purchase of sex of children and juveniles.
