A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence of heading 10, 11, and 12 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 11, 2015.

On June 5, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up in the D Building located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon; (b) intruded into the said door; and (c) divided three air conditioners owned by the victim E on the fifth floor from outside the air conditioners owned by the victim on the fifth floor to three air conditioners and parts equivalent to the market price of KRW 900,000,000, such as the pipe, into the construction sections, such as a steel monp, and stolen it.

On June 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance opened in front of a restaurant operated by the Victim P, located in Daejeon P, U.S.O. on or around 08:0 on June 13, 2016; (b) opened in front of the restaurant; and (c) intrudes into the structure managed by the victim; and (d) intrudes into the structure outside the air conditioner owned by the victim.
