Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On February 18, 2017, Defendant A purchased 30 grams, which is a local mental medicine, from Defendant B, who was born at a non-permanent location, by telephone, and ordered Defendant B to carry 30 grams into Korea, which is a local mental medicine, and remitted Thailand 36,000 bit (one hundred and one hundred one hundred one hundred one half hundred one hundred one hundred one hundred one another) under the pretext of the purchase price of the penphone. Defendant B purchased approximately 30 gramphones from a person under his/her name, using money remitted from the Defendant at the time of Thailand around February 18, 2017.

Defendant B, at night on February 18, 2017, was on board the aircraft after hiding about 30g of the Handphones purchased at the airport of Thai-gu, Thai-gu, Busan, and entered the aircraft through the Kim Sea International Airport in 108 of the access road to the airport of Gangseo-gu, Busan, around February 19, 2017.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to import philophones even if they are not the narcotics handler.

B. On February 23, 2017, the Defendants, who committed the crime of philophone medication, dyponing on February 23, 2017, sent the dypon’s dypon to the smallest bottled from the F hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul on February 23, 2017, such as the dypon’s dypon as described in paragraph 1(a), and dyponed the dypon.
