Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant driven a B k5 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.240% in blood, from the upper side of the road to the 575-day road of the same side of the road, “bridger ridge” located in the Sung-dong, Sung-dong, Pyeong-si, Pyeong-si, Sung-si.
