The defendant shall pay 92,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 3, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, at around 2019, concluded a contract for the construction of ventilation equipment with the Defendant and D in total at least four business entities (the door store, luminous intersection store, the sectional intersection store, and the Busan Shipping Daegu store) with the total amount of KRW 141,70,000,00 for the construction cost, and completed the construction work, may be recognized as having no dispute between the parties or as a whole by taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as set forth in the evidence A No. 1 and 12.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 92,00,000 won for the unpaid construction cost as requested by the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from April 3, 2020 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff, from April 3, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

2. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is justified, and this is accepted.
