The defendant's KRW 38,500,000 to the plaintiff and its 6% per annum from September 1, 2019 to February 12, 2020.

The Plaintiff, on March 7, 2019, entered into a construction contract with the Defendant that the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for construction cost of KRW 76,00,00 for the relocation of the relevant construction project from the Defendant (Additional No. 76,00,000). The Plaintiff’s completion of the construction project on May 31, 2019 may be recognized by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to each of the statements in subparagraphs A and 3 (including the number of pages).

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 38,500,000 and the delay damages calculated at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from September 1, 2019 to February 12, 2020, which is the day after the completion date of construction as requested by the plaintiff, and from February 12, 2020, which is the day after the original copy of the payment order of this case was served on the defendant, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings

2. The plaintiff's claim for the conclusion is justified, and this is accepted.
