Reasons
Criminal facts
1. No person who defendant A shall change the odometer of a motor vehicle;
Nevertheless, the Defendant saw that the odometer value is high, and that in order to receive a free AS without charge, it should not exceed a certain odometer. As described in the above, from July 2012 to June 9, 2014, the mileage of 16 cars was changed by the same method over 16 times.
2. Defendant B
(a) No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall change the odometer of any motor vehicle;
On September 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) with respect to the storm-road area adjacent to the new-road hot spring station located in Ansan-si, 216-2, the Defendant changed the odometer of the Fursom car by requesting A to change the mileage to less than 20,000 km from the actual level.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with A, changed the mileage of 4 vehicles by the same method as set out in 8-11 set forth in the table of crime Nos. 1 of the annexed Table 1, including the change of the mileage of vehicles.
B. The Defendant, on April 1, 2014, is in the JA trading complex located in the JA in Silung-si I.
