Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant committed assault to the victim D (the victim, the 21 year old), the victim E (the 20 years old, the 20 years old, and the 20 years old), and the frank D while taking a bath to the victim D while taking part in the c clubs at the entrance of the 3rd floor of the "C club in Busan-gu, Busan-gu."
