Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:55 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant, at the entrance of the first floor of the Seoul Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu Community Welfare Center, 112 reported that the Defendant was frighten in a female employee of the above welfare center, and sent to the site by the victim guard B, who was a police officer belonging to the Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station D Zone D District of Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station, had about 10 residents, such as E, who are employees of the above social welfare center, and sexually insultingd the victim by “I am, I want to die, I want to die, I am, I will am such a name, if you are the police, or if you are the police, I will am the victim.”

2. Around 03:50 on July 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the victim F, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station D District Unit, who was dispatched to the site, on the front of the H convenience store located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and expressed the victim F, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station D District Unit, who was an employee of the said convenience store, expressed the victim publicly insulting the victim, “Choe, brue,” and sexually insulting the victim.
