1. The Defendant’s KRW 170,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from August 31, 2019 to February 6, 2020 for the Plaintiff.

The fact that the Defendant borrowed KRW 170,00,000 from the Plaintiff around July 29, 2019 as the due date for repayment on August 30, 2019 is not disputed between the parties, or that the Defendant borrowed KRW 170,00,00 from the Plaintiff on or around July 29, 2019 by considering the overall purport of the pleadings as a whole

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 170,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from August 31, 2019 to February 6, 2020, which is the service date of the original copy of the payment order in this case, and 12% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
