1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally with D to KRW 50,00,000 and the Plaintiff shall be annually from September 1, 2012 to April 29, 2020.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence No. 1 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff leased KRW 50 million to defendant B on or around February 20, 2012 as the due date for repayment on or around August 31, 2012, and defendant C and D are jointly and severally liable for the above loan debt to the plaintiff. According to the above acknowledged facts, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 50 million and the amount of KRW 50 million from September 1, 2012 to April 29, 202, the final delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order from September 1, 2012 to April 29, 2020, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
