Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2018, from around 02:00 to around 05:00 of the same day, the Defendant and B, C, D, and E metred up to three times within the limit of the printing money and added up to approximately four in part or in part of the card opened from the first 1,000 won with four card per capita and added up to 1,00 won at the gambling place operated by G in the south-gu, Nam-gu, and the second floor of G from around 02:00 on the same day. The Defendant and B, C, D, and E met up to three times. A person whose number of the highest card is lower than the highest is called “darbine.”
