The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 13:00 on February 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by pushing the victim with a shoulder, on the ground that the victim C (year 22) unilaterally considered a broadcast to be viewed by TV mar, at the 25th century No. 72’s Living Group B, located in the court Eup of the Republic of Korea, 157, an Eup of the Republic of Korea, and on the ground that the victim C (year 22) unilaterally considered a broadcast to be viewed by TV mar.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. After the prosecution of this case, a written application for non-prosecution of the victim is submitted.
